|We all want to do what we can to keep our breath fresh smelling and pleasant, and this time of year, there are quite a few foods that can be great aids in this goal.
If you have been trying to indulge in foods that are found this time of year, and want to have the double benefit of having fresh breath when you eat, then these are the foods for you.
Great Foods to Eat This Fall When Fresh Breath is Your Goal
Crunchy foods are a great way to keep bacteria off of your teeth, which is important in the fight against bad breath. Go out to your garden and pick some celery or carrots and snack on those when you have time.
If you do not have a garden, then go out and visit an apple orchard and pick some of your favorite varieties of apples to chew up.
Spices are known for how they smell, and chewing on some of them can help your breath smell nice, too. Consider chewing up a piece of clove for nicer smelling breath, plus you can get the antimicrobial benefits of the essential oils in the spice.
Going back to that garden theory, there are more things that can help. Go out and pick a piece of mint and chew it up like gum. You can go with standard peppermint or spearmint, or you can change it up with pineapple mint and give your breath a sweet aroma.
These foods are all available to you each fall and can help keep your breath smelling quite nice. Enjoy the things that you can grow yourself, and make them a part of your fall routine. If you live in an area where they can be grown all year long, then you can enjoy a fresh breath from these foods all throughout the year.
